I had a very mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a nice escape during our stay. However, the service from the owners was incredibly disrespectful and left a sour taste in my mouth. The amenities were decent, with nice facilities, but the overall atmosphere was marred by the owners’ rude behavior. Definitely not the relaxing getaway I was hoping for.

I had a wonderful stay at Sands of Islamorada, which offered a peaceful and quiet atmosphere while still being close to great fishing spots and local eateries. The rooms were tidy and well-maintained, providing a comfortable retreat. However, I was a bit disappointed by the upkeep of certain amenities and found the late check-out policy to be a bit rigid, which affected my overall experience. Still, the incredible sunrises and the friendly owner made it all worthwhile.
